Morgan County CASA in Jacksonville, IL has sworn in their second group of CASA Volunteers. Advocacy Network for Children is so lucky to have people to speak up for abused or neglected children in court. Without them, more children could become victimized and may be lost in an overburdened child welfare system. Please tell them they are wonderful and congratulate them because they are Super Heros to the children.
