Please Welcome Our Newest Employee

Libby Gaige

Please welcome Libby Gaige! She recently joined the staff at Advocacy Network for Children as the CASA Coordinator for Morgan County. Libby had this to say about joining the team: “I started with CASA on June 18, 2018. My first week was spent in CASA volunteer training, which I found to be extremely enlightening and beneficial.

I come from a long background of fund development, volunteer recruitment and retention and marketing. I spent 11 years with WMEC, WQEC, WSEC Public Television and 11 years as Regional Director for the American Cancer Society. I most recently was a Case Aide for Hobby Hours House Welfare Agency of west central Illinois, where I realized a passion for children in the court system.

I am married to my husband, Sonny of 50 years. I have one son, Tony, daughter-in-law, Diane and three fur grandchildren, Itzy, Eggo and Oona.

I look forward to the wonderful opportunity to work for CASA of Morgan County.”

Well said and we’re lucky to have you!

We’ve Moved!

The packing, moving and unpacking is pretty much complete and we are settling in to our new home at 1420 Harrison Street in Quincy. The offices and meeting rooms are taking shape and well……we’re almost organized. We are definitely up and running and open for business. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we were busy taking this next step in building our future!

So many wonderful people are standing up and stepping forward to make a difference in out new counties. If you see them at the grocery store, school meetings or running errands, please tell them their hearts and hands are appreciated!
