February typically bring a prediction by the groundhog, more snow and hearts galore! We know there will be six more weeks of winter because that’s how calendars work. The new year has arrived! The Advocacy Network for Children will face challenges, both old and new and we will continue to step-up to the needs of our clients. Thank you for your past support. Without our donors and partner agencies, we wouldn’t be successful. Our agency is confident, that together, we will continue to protect and uphold the rights of children when wrongs have been committed against them, to help abused or neglected children have safe permanent homes where they can thrive, to act as a powerful voice in these children’s best interests and to educate the public about the plight of abused children.

We all know numbers aren’t words but they can certainly tell a story.

The Advocacy Network for Children listens to children tell their stories everyday. They tell their stories in their homes, in interview rooms and in courtrooms. We listen as they tell us the things they don’t want anyone to know. They tell us their pain and heartbreak, and they tell us what they love and enjoy. We see their faces and hear their voices. All of them. There are more than ever. The numbers grow every year. Their faces are in color but the numbers are black and white.
