Congratulations to our newest Adams CASA volunteers Les Sachs, Kari Frink (CAC Advocate), Kearstin Sill, Theresa McGartland, Whitney Mintert, Judge Wooleyhan, Kim Wright, Pat Bell, Maureen Kennedy, Melissa Hess, Karen Fox and Kristi Sanderson. They were sworn in by Judge Wooleyhan on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the Adams County Courthouse in Quincy, IL. Welcome to the CASA family!
Fall is just around the corner, and with fall comes autumn events like leaves changing, bonfires, corn mazes, pumpkin patches and harvest celebrations. No matter what season we are leaving or what season is approaching, the mission of the Advocacy Network for Children remains the same.
Our goal is really quite simple — to protect and uphold the rights of children when wrongs have been committed against them, to help abused or neglected children have safe permanent homes where they can thrive, to act as a powerful voice in these children’s best interests and to educate the public about the plight of abused children.
Thank you to the wonderful RSVP Volunteers for stuffing and addressing the Advocacy Network for Children’s Tailgate to Celebrate Fundraising dinner invitations!
