The Adams County Children’s Advocacy Center provides a safe, child-friendly setting for children and families involved in child abuse investigations.

Located in Quincy, the Center provides a private and secure environment for forensic interviews and for families to meet with members of the Multidisciplinary Team. The facility is accessible to individuals with disabilities.

CAC staff work alongside law enforcement, child protection, prosecutors, medical and mental health professionals, victim advocates, and other community partners to provide a coordinated response to allegations of child abuse.

Families receive support throughout the process, including information and assistance, referrals to appropriate services and resources, and ongoing advocacy when needed.

The Adams County location also serves as the administrative office of Advocacy Network for Children.
